This document explains how we handle privacy-related complaints about our data processing activities.

We provide our findings, actions taken, and any next steps.

Resolve (aim: within 90 days)

We aim to fully resolve complaints within 90 days of receipt.

  • Correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion of data
  • Restriction of processing
  • Consent updates
  • Process improvements

5. Escalation to the ICO

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO):

6. Record-Keeping

We maintain a complaints log, retained for 6 years in line with our Data Retention Policy.

7. Confidentiality

All complaints are handled securely and privately.

8. Updates

This process is reviewed annually or following any complaints received.
