1. Purpose
This document explains how we handle privacy-related complaints about our data processing activities.

3. Our Process
Acknowledge (within 30 days)
We confirm receipt of your complaint and outline the next steps.
Investigate
We review the systems involved, consent records, retention schedules, and any errors or potential breaches.
Respond
We provide our findings, actions taken, and any next steps.
Resolve (aim: within 90 days)
We aim to fully resolve complaints within 90 days of receipt.
4. Possible Outcomes
- Correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion of data
- Restriction of processing
- Consent updates
- Process improvements
5. Escalation to the ICO
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO):

7. Confidentiality
All complaints are handled securely and privately.
